Two new advisors and an intern join the SYRUS team

SYRUS announced today the appointment of two new advisors to its team.

Therefore, Youssef Amane, holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, was appointed advisor. Prior to joining SYRUS, he worked in a PR firm and served as press secretary of the New Democratic Party of Canada (NDP). His expertise in strategic writing and crisis management will surely be an asset for his clients.

Nicolas Ryan, holder of a Bachelor in Business Administration, finance and management from HEC as well as in Political Communication from the University of Montreal, was also named advisor. Until recently, he worked as a senior analyst for Influence Communication. Reputation audit and other measurement and analysis services will benefit from his knowledge of the media universe and his capability to analyze complex issues.

Alex-Anne Carrier, a student in Business Administration, marketing at the University of Sherbrooke, has also joined the team as an intern for fall. Through various projects, she will be able to develop an expertise in corporate strategy, branding and social media, in which she cultivates a strong interest. “Having Youssef, Nicolas and Alex-Anne join our team not only reflects the continued growth of SYRUS, but also the value we place on recruiting young curious and promising talents expanding SYRUS’ human capital. Their broad skill set will ensure our customers an even more specialized expertise in the various services available to them”, said Alain Bergeron, President of SYRUS.

Revamping of the SYRUS website

Winds of change have been blowing and SYRUS has taken the opportunity to redesign its website. In addition to being fully integrated with the firm’s social platforms, it offers a section dedicated to news, powered by the team itself, constantly on the lookout for new trends. For SYRUS, content creation was a way to bring forward the value of reputation. Jean-Baptiste Berthier, redesigned the website, in collaboration with web agency okam.
