SYRUS announced today the creation of a new $2500 annual scholarship award destined for HEC Montréal students who wish to pursue a career in communication and corporate strategy.

“We are extremely pleased to announce the establishment of this scholarship, conceived to recognize and encourage the potential of tomorrow’s most promising talents in business, communication and reputation management, explained Hugues Mousseau, Vice President and Partner at SYRUS. HEC Montréal is renowned as one of Canada’s best academic institutions and a key driver of economic and social growth for Québec’s business community, ” he added.

The SYRUS scholarships will be awarded every winter semester of the school year, starting in 2016. They will be offered to final-year students enrolled full-time in either the Bachelor of Business Administration undergraduate program or the Master of Science in Administration graduate program.

The applicants, who must specialize in management, marketing or strategy, will be selected according to, amongst other criteria: the quality of their academic record, their participation in academic business competitions, and their involvement in any other relevant professional or philanthropic activities.
