Annick Lambert has over 25 years of experience leading communications and marketing (B2B) teams. Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself in corporate reputation management, crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, transformation and change management and brand management.
Having worked in large matrix organizations as well as international businesses, within highly regulated sectors such as aerospace, pharmaceutical and information technology, Annick has learned to skillfully navigate complex projects with high strategic and societal business stakes. She is a generalist known for her trademark transformational leadership, well-honed business acumen and financial literacy, ability to garner innovation, and her innovative problem-solving capacity which creates value for all key stakeholders.
Constantly looking to learn, she has a certification in corporate governance (C.Dir.), an Executive MBA, a bachelor degree in business and a degree in international business from the École supérieure de commerce in Nantes (France). She also draws on her international experience, developed through working for multinational companies known for their best practices in Canada, the United States and Europe.
Annick has been a member of the board of directors of the Théâtre de la Ville in Longueuil since 2010 and is currently Vice President of the board. She is also involved in the Quebec MBA Association.
